Privacy Policy for Bonus888 Visitors

Your Rights to Access and Deletion

Under Malaysian personal data protection law, you have the right to request a copy of any personal data the site holds about you. You may also ask for your data to be corrected or deleted. To make a request, simply use the contact page on the platform. The site will respond within the time frame required by law. No fee is charged for a reasonable request.

Who Data Is Shared With

The site shares anonymised data with analytics providers to understand visitor behaviour, and with hosting providers to keep the platform running. Both act only on the site's written instructions. Your personal data is never sold, rented, or traded to any third party. No marketing lists are created from your information, and the platform does not share data with gambling operators or advertisers.

Cookies and Turning Them Off

This site uses cookies to remember your language preference and to help analytics providers measure how the platform is used. A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser. If you disable cookies in your browser settings, you will still be able to browse the site, but the platform may not remember your choice of Bahasa or English, and some analytics features may not work correctly.

How Long Records Are Kept

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to complete your request. Once your enquiry is resolved and no further communication is expected, the record is deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited period, typically a few months, and then securely erased. No data is held for longer than it is needed for the purposes described in this policy.

Why Each Type Is Held

Your contact form submissions are held solely to respond to your enquiry, answer your question, or provide the information you requested. No other use is made of this data. Server logs are kept to maintain the site's security, diagnose technical problems, and understand general traffic patterns. IP addresses help block malicious traffic and improve the lobby's performance for all visitors.

Data Collected and When

When you use the contact form on this site, you voluntarily submit your name, email address, and your message. This information is only collected at the moment you click submit. Additionally, the web server automatically records technical data every time you visit a page. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, and the specific pages you view. This happens without any action on your part.
